.475 Wildey Magnum is a powerful semi-automatic handgun that was used by Paul Kersey in Death Wish 3 as a means of exterminating the Street Punk Gang that reaked havoc in East New York.

The Wildey was originally designed to be a hunting weapon as it is capable of firing a variety of large calibers such as .44 Auto Magnum, .45 Winchester Magnum, .45 Wildey Magnum, and .475 Wildey Magnum.

As the attacks by street hoodlums become more frequent, Paul mail-orders the Wildey Magnum along with a LAWS Missle Launcher. The powerful handgun, along with Paul's hand made .475 round blast through street hoodlums, leaving a powerful mark in the case of in which Paul killed The Giggler. There are many variations of the .475 Wildey Magnum, but the one that Paul uses is the 12" inch barrel that increases accuracy and muzzle velocity.
The basic case is not a -30-06, as mentioned in the film, its a cut down .284 Winchester case. The velocity of the .475 Wildey Magnum at 100 yards is equivalent to the muzzle velocity of the .44 Magnum.
